No, this is NOT possible in Photoshop. The easiest way to do that, is use Fit Text To Path.. function in CorelDRAW, then export it to Adobe Illustrator format and import in Photoshop for future use. Well, not the best way but I hope they will add this feature in Photoshop 4.
