Méfisto Méfisto is a full FEM software package with a 3d meshing package, an elastic stress + thermal solver, as well as extensive documentation (in French only). It includes the following executable modules: Méfisto-INITIER -- an initializator of numerical files necessary for the following modules; Méfisto-MAILLER -- a generator of grids 2D or 3D mesh, structured and/or non-structured; Méfisto-ELASTICER -- a solver of the stationary or non-stationary problem of linear elasticity; Méfisto-THERMICER -- a solver of the linear/nonlinear thermal (stationary or non-stationary) problems; a solver of the smallest eigenvalues of the operator (div A grad)
